Completed his Master's in Mechanical Engineering in 2005 from the University of Aveiro, a Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2000 from the University of Aveiro and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Molds and Plastics in 1996 from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão. Attends a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Aveiro. With several scientific articles published in specialized journals. Co-author of 1 book in the area of Mechanical Technology. Co-supervisor of four master's degrees in the field of machining and Mechanical Technology. Works in the area of Engineering Sciences and Technologies with an emphasis on Mechanical Engineering. He currently works as a senior technician at the University of Aveiro in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
