Completed a Master's degree in Chemistry in 2014 from the Federal University of Paraíba, earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2018 from the Federal University of Paraíba, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry in 2012 from the State University of Paraíba, all in Brazil. Currently, she is a post-doctoral research at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. She has expertise in the development and application of chemical analysis methods using mass spectrometry (ICP-MS/MS) in studies related to food. In addition to this technique, she has experience with Near and Mid-Infrared Spectroscopy, ATR-FTIR, Thermogravimetry, Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), and UV-Visible techniques applied to both food and biodiesel matrices. For data treatment, she is proficient in chemometric tools. She has published 11 articles in specialized journals, authored 1 book chapter, and holds 1 registered patent.
