Nuno Manuel Moreira Dias Rato completed his BSc Degree in Sport Sciences on the 15th June 2018, by the University of Porto - Faculty of Sports and MSc Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology on the 25th October 2019, by the University of Bedfordshire. Nuno is a contracted researcher in Instituto Universitário da Maia and works as a fellow researcher in a project that is currently funded by the FCT - The Holdage Trial. He has published one article in a peer-reviewed international journal and is co-author of several abstracts that have been accepted for presentation in international congresses. His research focuses on the area of Medical and Health Sciences with emphasis on Health Sciences.
