Andrea Fontes is the coordinator of the graduation and the master in HRM in Europeia University. Also a guest professor, psychologist, coach and Human Resources consultant. She has two degrees, respectively in the areas of Business Organization and Management and Psychology, a Master's in Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy and a PhD in Organizational Psychology from ISCTE. She has 20 years of experience in multinational companies, in various areas, from Marketing & Sales to Market Research and Human Resources.
