João Caetano is a research member holding an MSc. degree in Civil Engineering and is currently in the 2nd year of his PhD. in Civil Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST). He is doing research in Multiple criteria decision analysis applied to urban water systems since 2020. He has participated as a researcher in 1 national research project related to the digitalization of urban water infrastructures. He is a member of the IPS¿ R&D Centre for Innovation in Science and Technology (INCITE) and his main research interests are in Multiple criteria decision analysis, Decision-making process, Infrastructure asset management, and Optimization. He has published 3 article in an international journal, 1 book chapter and 10 national and international conference papers.
