Luis Fernando Piardi has received Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering at Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR), Brazil in 2018, and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (IPB), Portugal in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering through the cotutelle program between Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR) - Brazil, and Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP) - Portugal. Since 2018 he has been a Researcher with the Research Research Centre in Digitalization and Intelligent Robotics (CeDRI). He is Invited Assistant Professor in Instituto Politécnico de Bragança. His research has been focused on intelligent production systems, cyber-physical systems, fault detection and diagnosis, autonomous mobile robots and collaborative robots.
