Claudia Dias has a multidisciplinary background including a degree in Economics at the Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa (ISCTE), a Master in Agronomics at the Escola Superior Agrária de Castelo Branco (ESACB), and a PhD in Management at the Universidade da Beira Interior (UBI). During her doctoral program, she received the 2021 NECE-UBI Award for Junior Researcher - Journal publication with the highest impact factor (JCR). Currently, Claudia is an Assistant Researcher and a Postdoctoral Fellow at UBI/NECE - Research Center for Business Sciences. At UBI, she is also a PhD and master's supervisor in the entrepreneurship and marketing fields. Claudia is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, and an author of several articles published in top journals indexed in Scopus and WoS, such as Business Strategy and the Environment, and Sustainable Development. Her research interests are entrepreneurship, sustainability and migration, especially in the agri-food sector.
