I have completed my Ph.D. in 2013, with a dissertation on the Dominican female monasteries in Medieval Castile, a synthesis of which will constitute the first monograph on this topic, will be published this year. My research trajectory has had a clear international character, particularly during my postdoc period, and I have a strong record in securing research funding. Since 2014 I have held 3 post doc positions (I was also awarded the Juan de la Cierva postdoctoral contract, at the UB, which I resigned for incompatibility reasons). These grants allowed me to undertake autonomous research, developing three biannual individual projects. Moreover, by working in multidisciplinary international teams and networks, I also enhanced my methodological horizons, mainly comparative transregional and transcultural analysis. First, I took up a post-doctoral research position at UNAM (March 2014-October 2015). From November 2015 to November 2017 I was Marie Curie-Piscopia fellow (G.A. n. 600376) at the University of Padua. Finally, I got a Marie Curie-Clarín, from December 2017 to December 2019, at the Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf (G.A. nº 600196). I have expanded my international research networks through punctual partnerships with other international research institutions: such as the École Française de Rome; University of Basel; Université Bordeaux Montaigne; IEM-Lisbon; Medici Archive Project; Humboldt Foundation; Aarhus University; SEdeM. I am also team member of an interdisciplinary project lead by C. Barreira on the liturgical manuscripts of Lõrvao at the (IEM-FCSH-NOVA). I have also secured various grants, including 27,850 Swiss francs from the Swiss National Science Foundation to co-organize two international conferences in Basel in 2016 and 2017. Since the start of my academic career, I have published 30 academic products, in top-ranked peer-reviewed journals and publishers in the humanities such as Oxford University Press, Brepols, Boydell & Brewer, Arc Humanities Press (Arc). Specifically, a) A monograph on Dominican female monasteries, to be published in 2021 by Trea; 1 edited volume on Women Religious in Medieval Europe and Early Modern America, under contract with Arc Humanities Press and in press (2021); 12 articles in peer-reviewed journals (2 in the Q1); 16 book chapters in top-ranked publishers (most as sole author, except 2 co-authored: 1 with Mette Kristiansen, and 1 with Haude Morvan). Besides, I have delivered over 40 papers and invited lectures, in international congresses, workshops and research seminars. Many of these contributions have been delivered in a foreign language (articles or book chapters: 11 in English, 1 in French; 1 in Italian; papers and lectures: 19 papers in English, 5 in Italian). My managerial skills have been improved through the co-organisation of 4 international conferences (Paris, 2015, Basel 2016 & 2017, Padua, 2017), and several sessions at congresses. I have been member of another 6 scientific committees, including 2 international congress, 1 workshop, 1 prize on women¿s and gender studies. Since 2014 I am vice-president of the SEIFMAR. I have been also member of the PhD jury of Paula Cardoso (NOVA, Lisbon, 2019). I am qualified as "Profesora Contratado Doctor" by ANECA. For six years I have taught a variety of undergraduate modules for programmes in Art History and History first at the University of Oviedo and then at the UNED. During this time, I have also gained a solid experience in supervising students. I also delivered seminars for postgraduate students at the UNAM, Mexico; at the University of Le Mans; at the University of Padua; at the EHESS, Paris, and at the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf.
