Inês Paciência graduated in Clinical Analysis and Public Health by the Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde de Lisboa, obtained a Master Degree in Public Health by the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto, with the thesis "Association between sleep duration and blood pressure in adolescence" and completed her PhD in Biomedical Sciences at the Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar with the project "Determinants of paediatric asthma: a three level approach".
