Patrícia Fradinho is a Biotechnology Engineer (2003) has a MSc degree in Food Engineering and Nutrition (2009). Between 2016 and 2020 she was both a PhD researcher and assistant professor at ISA, lecturing Food Rheology and Cereal Technology. In 2020, she obtained her PhD in Food Engineering (ISA, ULisboa). Patrícia has published over 20 scientific publications and owns +15 years of experience in the R&D and Innovation field, namely as a Research Fellow in several European projects and collaboration with the food industry. Her scientific activity has been in the field of new product development focusing on the reuse of by-products from the food industry and new sources of proteins. In 2020, she joined Colab4Food as a researcher with a role in R&D&I and customer services.
