Shusmitha Kyatam (Shusmithakyatam@ua.pt) received her PhD degree in electrical and electronics engineering from University of Aveiro, Portugal with her thesis in “Thermal management in high power devices using diamond” in January 2023 . Currently, she works as postdoctoral researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicações, in Lisbon, pursuing research in the applications of diamond films in optoelectronics devices. Her research interests include thermal management techniques with diamond for optoelectronic devices and diamond-based electronic devices fabrication for high temperature applications. She is the author or co-author 6 journals and 8 international conference papers.
