Filipa Mandim obtained her doctorate title in Pharmacy and Health from Salamanca University in March 2024. She has a master’s in Pharmacy and Chemistry of Natural Products (Instituto Politecnico de Bragança and Salamanca University; 2018). She is currently a post-doc fellow in IPB working on the POCTEC TRANSCOLAB PLUS - Laboratorio Colaborativo Transfronterizo para la transicion verde del sector Agroalimentario y Agroindustrial project. She has published 2 book chapters and more than 50 articles in international journals with scientific arbitration. She is a review editor in Food Chemistry, Frontiers in Nutrition (Impact Factor: 5.2.). She is an ad hoc reviewer for more than 28 international journals (more than 100 articles reviewed up to the year 2024), being recognized as "Outstanding Reviewer" in 2021, 2022, and 2023. She has obtained 1 award for her oral presentation in international congresses and 1 IACOBUS Publications 2023. Besides carrying out various assays on cell culture and accompanying students of different degrees in this type of procedure, she also supervises the scientific initiation, end-of-degree, and master's degree work of various students.
