Ana Rebelo de Carvalho Alves Vieira concluiu o Mestrado integrado em Microbiologia Aplicada em 2011 pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Escola Superior de Biotecnologia e a Licenciatura em Biociências em 2009 pela mesma universidade. Concluiu o doutoramento (PhD) em Microbiologia Medica em 2018 pela Universidade de Kingston, em Londres. Actualmente, é investigadora junior no Centro Interdisciplinar de Investigação Marinha e Ambiental. Publicou 7 artigos em revistas especializadas.
