Your extensive experience in job market (since 2000) is a key asset, always aiming to enrich the team with his in-depth knowledge of the sector, while offering a valuable external perspective to evaluate and innovate visual communication practices. However, his external and experienced perspective ensures a clear understanding of the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence, allowing us to take full advantage of these new and emerging technologies to optimize results and refine operational creative processes. The integration of these digital technological innovations into visual communication strategies leads to solutions that are not only more efficient and dynamic, but also more aligned with current market trends. Your research interests focus primarily on creativity, innovation, and education, as evidenced by academic publications such as “The Relevance and Pertinence of Creativity and Innovation in the Design of Creative Processes” and “The Genie of the Magic Lamp or Collaborative Genie? Reflection on the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in the Teaching-Learning Process in Communication Design”. He presented several scientific papers at national and international conferences, as sole author, the scientific paper entitled “Thinking vs. Creating. Handmade vs digital (AI), good practices for generating new ideas in communication design, multimedia or audiovisual projects” at the Porto Pedagogical Innovation Conference (P.PIC), which took place at the Porto Higher Institute of Engineering in July 2025. As a author, presented the scientific paper entitled “The impact of social media on the reputation of Delta and Starbucks Coffee Brands” at the 2025 International Congress (4th Edition) at ISPGAYA. ¿As first author, presented scientific paper entitled “The Implications of Generative AI on the co-creation process in design and in the production of audiovisual materials” at DIGICOM’25 (9th International Conference on Design and Digital Communication), organized by the IPCA School of Design and ID+. Recently, presented two indexed WoS papers entitled “Education in design and generative AI: A kind of ‘Pandora’s box’ in the context of creative teaching” and “Branding on the Portuguese Way of Santiago: The Case Study of the São Teotónio Hostel” (as 1st and 2nd author respectively) at the International Conference - DESIGN COMMIT’26 (March 25-27) at Guimarães.
