Senior Technician at Faculty of Farmacy, University of Lisbon (FFUL), with expertise in chromatographic and mass spectrometry
techniques (HPLC, GC, HPLC-MS/MS, GC-MS, GC×GC-ToFMS). MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from FFUL (2011) and PhD in Agro-industrial
Technologies from FCT NOVA (2022). Since 2012, her work has been focused on the extraction, identification and quantitation
of metabolites from different matrixes, from foods to biological samples. Her PhD contributed to the disclosure of the phenolic
and volatile composition of broa, a Portuguese ethnic bread. She is an author or co-author of 2 book chapters, more than 40
research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and more than 60 national and international communications.
