diplomacy as a post-WWII phenomenon. It had 11 communications on pre-WII periods, focusing on coordinated responses to transnational
health threats (Part 1), technoscientific standardization and cooperation (Part 2), and use of science and technology for
imperial ends (Part 3). (2024/09/04 - 2024/09/07)

2022/03/22 - 2022/03/22 | I chaired Session 2 of the congress 'International Action of Academies' on 22 March 2022. This congress built on previous
exploratory work between InsSciDE and the European Network of Academies to delineate the role of academies as science diplomacy
organizations, particularly concerning their international involvement and role in asserting science diplomacy.

2020/10 - 2022/02 | I was selected to the Laboratory of the New Dramaturgies Festival (coord. Mickaël de Oliveira) to develop a project in the
performing arts, being tutored by an experienced artist, which in my case was the Portuguese theater maker Patrícia Portela.
I participated with two other selected artists in the program's four artistic residencies, various workshops, seminars, and
masterclasses by artists and academics in the performing arts. I wrote a theater play ('All Too Human'), which was later published
by the Festival.

2020/01/06 - 2020/01/11 | I participated in the Anthropocene Campus (AC) Lisbon. The AC is an intensive, week-long summer school format for co-producing
and co-learning that asks how knowledge production can be attuned to transdisciplinary and translocal methodologies that link
insights of the natural and humanist sciences with other knowledge forms and practices. It explores pathways towards a novel
transdisciplinary culture of knowledge production and education. I attended seminars on social inequality, and on gentrification.
