Nuno Vilhena Lourenço. Presidente da Direção do Laboratório Colaborativo + Atlantic. Gestor de Desenvolvimento de Negócio no CEIIA. Foi Vogal do Conselho Diretivo do IPMA, I.P. Doutorado em Ciências Marinhas pela Universidade do Algarve. Foi consultor geofísico na Partex E&P. Trabalhou na Estrutura de missão para a Extensão da Plataforma Continental onde liderou o Gabinete de Investigação e Desenvolvimento. É professor auxiliar da Universidade do Algarve. Participou em 24 campanhas científicas no mar profundo; foi responsável pelos projectos de aquisição do ROV LUSO e do Navio Mar Portugal. É autor ou co-autor de 21 publicações científicas com peeer review, com ais de 400 citações. Participou em ações de consultadoria (Estado a Estado) no âmbito da CNUDM. Participou como especialista em vários grupos de trabalho nacionais e Internacionais sobre assuntos das bacias Altântica e mediterrânica, em âmbitos como o “seabed mapping”, estratégias de I&D (e.g. ENM, BlueMed), gestão de recursos pesqueiros, entre outros. Foi delegado nacional no conselho do ICES e membro do Managment Board do Joint Programming Initiative – Oceans. É perito do PERIN no Comité de Programação do Societal Challenge 2 do programa H2020, UN Ocean Assessement pool of experts e da UN Global Compact (Sustainable Ocean Bussiness Platform); Membro do Advisory board do Wavec, do Conselho Regional de Inovação de Lisboa e do Grupo de Acompanhamento da Extensão da Plataforma Continental.
