Ana Patrícia Rocha received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer and Telematics Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Aveiro, Portugal, in 2010 and 2012 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Universities of Minho, Aveiro and Porto, Portugal (joint doctoral program) in 2019. She was a Research Assistant at the Institute of Electronics and Informatics Engineering of Aveiro, Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, University of Aveiro between 2012 and 2014 (Master Fellow) and between 2019 and 2020 (Post-doc Fellow). She was a Contracted Researcher at the same institute in the context of the international research project "APH-ALARM" and is currently a Contracted Researcher in the context of "OLI Health" research project within the ILLIANCE Agenda (https://www.illiance.pt/activities/wp4-passive-comfortable-and-healthy-home-solutions#pps2). Her main research activity is in the areas of Human Centered Computing, Sensor-Based Human Monitoring, and Multimodal Human-Machine Interaction.
