I am a social psychologist with a focus on intergroup relations. I hold a double PhD in psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands (2018), and ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal (2019). I have done research on a variety of topics related to intergroup relations, but my main research interest is in migrant/sojourner adaptation to living in a new country and the diverse social-psychological factors that influence this process. I use a broad range of quantitative methods and I am particularly interested in longitudinal analysis and advanced meta-analytical techniques such as SEM meta-analysis.
