Susana Rodrigues, researcher with a PhD in Psychology from FPCEUP, with a specialty in Health and Occupational Health Psychology. She is currently a researcher at the Biomedical Engineering Research Center at INESC TEC. She has been collaborating in several national and international research projects in the field of occupational health, through the development and implementation of psychophysiological evaluation protocols that include not only the use of self-reports, but also the implementation of innovative wearable technologies for collecting physiological data (e.g., electrocardiogram) and environmental data (e.g., humidity, temperature) in real time and experimental contexts (e.g., virtual reality). She has also collaborated in project management; preparation and submission of applications to national and international incentive programs that integrate the identification and contact with strategic partners, establishment of consortiums and proposal writing. She is the author of several publications in journals with high scientific impact. She is also a reviewer of European projects under the EIT health program. She has clinical experience in several public and private institutions. She is an affiliated member Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses and the American Psychological Association. She received a public commendation for her work in the Portuguese Army as a Psychologist.
