After being trained as a biomedical engineer in Paris, France, Fanny Cazettes obtained a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Albert
Einstein College of Medicine in New York, USA, where she studied how the brain deals with ambiguous sensory information. As
a postdoctoral fellow at Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown in Lisbon, Portugal, she continues investigating behavioral adaptations
in the face of uncertainty by focusing on how decisions and actions are formed in the brain.
