Currently doing my PhD in Medical Biotechnology at the University of Aveiro, focused on the aplication of biofabrication strategies to 3D print natural based material for tissue regenerative medicine. In 2019 I finished my master degree in Marine Sciences at the University of Aveiro and went to work as a scientific researcher at the company N9ve – Nature, Ocen and Value to explore the potential of macroalgae to remove and recuperate high value metals from different sources. In 2023 I received a research grant to work under the H2020 InterLynk project for development of natural-based 3D printed scaffolds for interfacial multi-tissue repair. I am author in 12 publications with relevant impact factor in international peer-reviewed journals, four oral communications and one book chapter. Also with one poster presentation in the international conference SupraLife Second School, organized by the european twinnning project SupraLife, which I have been part of the organization committee.
