Professor, since 2021, been in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at the School of Business Administration of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (ESCE/IPS) and European University, Portugal. Daniela has a PhD in Social Sciences with a specialty in Organizational Behavior from the ISCSP, University of Lisbon, Portugal. She has a master’s degree, too, in Human Resources from the European University of Lisbon. Daniela Lima is a member of Center for Administration and Public Policy. As a researcher, she has dedicated herself to the areas of Organizational Behavior, Wellbeing and Safety at Work. She publishes scientific articles in national and international magazines and regularly gives communications at scientific conferences.
