Dietitian. Master's and PhD in Sciences with an emphasis on Public Health Nutrition from the School of Public Health of the University of São Paulo (USP), with a sandwich doctorate funded by the Print/CAPES Program at the University of Coimbra (UCoimbra). She has a degree in Nutrition from the São Camilo University Center (2009), Professional Development in Hospital Nutrition from the Institute of Infectious Diseases Emilio Ribas (2011), and Specialization in Clinical Nutrition (Applied Human Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) from FAMESP (2014). She was a volunteer dietitian at the Childhood Obesity League of the Hospital das Clínicas (LOI HCFMUSP). She is the founder and coordinator of the volunteer project Nutrine Kids, whose mission is to combat childhood obesity through food and nutrition education actions carried out in public schools in the city of São Paulo. She is the coordinator of the study "Analysis of nutritional status, eating habits, and lifestyle in students from a public school in the city of São Paulo," a partnership between Anhanguera University and the Nutrine Kids project. She is a visiting professor in the postgraduate program at the Albert Einstein Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa (Nutrition in Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases), Sírio-Libanês and the Instituto Nutrir (preparatory course and postgraduate studies) and an Associate Researcher at the Research Centre for Anthropology and Health (CIAS) at the University of Coimbra. Research areas include childhood and adult obesity, food consumption, sun exposure, and vitamin D.
