Tiago Rodrigues Gonçalves is an Invited Assistant Professor and PhD in Management at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal. His teaching experience includes diverse levels of higher education, in particular Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. His research interests include Knowledge Management, Human Resources Management and Organizational Psychology and Behaviour. Recent research includes the study of Knowledge Management characteristics and related phenomena in healthcare organizations, and a focus on counterproductive forms of knowledge behaviour. His research is published in international journals and presented in both national and international leading conferences.
