covers the basic principles of flow cytometry; instrument components, fluorescence absorption and emission, compensation,
experimental design and appropriate controls for flow cytometry. It also covers more advanced concepts such as multiparameter
experimental design. In the instrument training, users practice using the instrument by running their own stained samples.
