2019/12/06 - 2019/12/06 | Anthropologist and expert researcher guest speaker. The year of 2019 marked the 20th anniversary of Macao’s handover and the
establishment of the Macao SAR (Macao Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China). The round table proposal,
hosted by the Orient Museum in Lisbon, was to debate the Macanese identity as a unique feature of the current society of the
Macao SAR, as well as, one of its history singularities marks. The panel was invited to reflect and give contribution on how
they envision the future of the Eurasian Macanese.

2013/12/16 - 2013/12/20 | Winter School on Urban Hybridity in the Post-Colonial Age, Macao, P.R.C.Over the course of the week, I could present and discuss with the group my research project proposal, attend lectures from the programme’s convenors and local guests, and finally, conduct a mini ethnographic fieldwork in-group around Macao.
