Over the past few years, I have focused on assessing drug immunogenicity within the context of observational clinical studies. During this time, I introduced cutting-edge technologies in our lab to profile patients’ serum anti-drug antibody (ADA) responses and evaluate their impact on PK/PD, efficay and safety of biotherapeutic treated patients. More recently, I have been actively involved in evaluating the developability profiles of biologics during the early preclinical development stage. This work has included utilizing multiplex biophysical tools to characterize the thermal stability, colloidal behavior, size distribution, and binding activity of therapeutic antibody candidates.
