Guest Associate Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (IPT) and an Integrated Researcher at the Centre for Technology, Restoration, and Art Enhancement (TECHN&ART). Holds a position at the Agency for Administrative Modernization, responsible for delivering digital services at the one-stop shops. With a degree in Educational Sciences, an MSc in Educational Technologies, a post-graduation in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, and a Ph.D. in Multimedia Education, specializing in Digital Competence. She has been part of several projects related to sustainable tourism, management, and digital innovation in different contexts. Regarding digital competence assessment and certification, since 2009, she has worked as an expert for the recognition and validation of competencies, deeply involved in projects related to the use of the DigComp Framework in the last five years. She is also a member of some international and national organizations in the field of digital competence, such as ICoBC and the national Association for the Promotion and Development of the Information Society (APDSI), where she works as an expert advising and revising standard qualifications and quality assurance. In terms of economic, technical, and market feasibility analysis, she works as a lifelong learning Ambassador for the European Commission, collaborating with experts from over 40 European organizations in education and training, supporting the design of the project technical report. As an Innovation Project Manager, she has worked closely with different organizations and countries across Europe, being invited to participate and collaborate in various project consultations and analyses. This experience has allowed her to develop excellent verbal and written communication skills. She has coordinated and managed projects and training courses in the following areas: Archaeological Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, Digital Competence, project management, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, and electronic services. Currently, she is working on a Post-Doctoral Graduation related to innovation and Sustainable tourism project management at Coimbra University and the Centre for Technology, Restoration, and Art Enhancement (Techn&Art) - Polytechnic Institute of Tomar. She is a very dedicated and creative professional with a high sense of responsibility and leadership.
