Beatriz Martínez Rojas is a dedicated researcher with a PhD in Biotechnology from the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, completed in February 2024. She holds a Master's Degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Genetic Biology Research from the Universitat de València (2018) and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Universidad de Córdoba (2017). Beatriz has published eight articles, accumulating 36 citations and an h-index of 4. She has undertaken international research stays at the University of Copenhagen and Imperial College London. Her academic contributions include the supervision of an undergraduate thesis on neural regeneration and impartment of teaching seminars in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Cell Culture. Currently, She is a postdoctoral researcher of the Novel Approaches in Nervous System Regenerative Medicine lab at the ICVS (Braga, Portugal) where she is focused on engeneering engineering the MSC secretome for CNS-targeting as a Spinal cord injury treatment.
