Experience in analytical steps of migration studies and volatiles determination required for quality and safety assessment of packaged food products. Published 11 articles in journals. Expertise in gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), for analysis of intentionally and non-intentionally added substances from packaging materials. Determination of O2 and H20 permeability with specific sensors (coulometric and infrared).
