João Correia is the co-founder and head of cheminformatics development at OmniumAI, as well as an invited teaching assistant at the Catholic University of Portugal in Braga. He earned his Ph.D. in Informatics from the University of Minho in 2024, his Master’s in Bioinformatics from the same institution in 2018, and his Bachelor’s in Bioengineering from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro in 2016. His research focuses on developing artificial intelligence approaches for chemical data.
