Tiago Morais Ribeiro de Sousa holds a PhD in Philosophy, a Master's degree in Music Teaching, and three Bachelor's degrees—in Philosophy, Music, and Engineering. Tiago is currently a participant in the European project 'Reconstructing Hanslick’s Aesthetics Analytically', funded by the Austrian Science Fund with a total budget of €446,500. The project is coordinated by Alexander Wilfing (Österreichische Akademie der Wissenschaften) and focuses on the reconstruction of Hanslick’s ideas on musical aesthetics through an analytical approach to musical formalism.
