África Borges del Rosal, University Professor. She was director of -Secretariat of the Vice-Rectorate for Academic Planning and Graduate Studies from 2007 to 2015. She is an expert in High Abilities. Director of the Cultural Classroom of AACC of the ULL, creator of the programs of AACC of the ULL Integral Program for High Abilities (PIPAC) for non-university students and ATENEA-ULL, for university students. Coordinator of the INTERNATIONAL NETWORK FOR RESEARCH AND EVALUATION OF HIGH ABILITIES (REINEVA, https://reineva.gtisd.net/), of the Research and Work Group on Giftedness (GTISD, https://gtisd.net) and of the journal TALINCREA (http://www.talincrea.cucs.udg.mx), specialized in high abilities. She is the president of the organizing committee of the biennial event Jornadas Internacionales sobre Intervención en Altas Capacidades [International Conference on High Abilities Intervention], which celebrated its fifth edition in 2021 (https://panoramica.gtisd.net). She has supervised 10 doctoral theses, 4 of them on high abilities. She is currently supervising four doctoral theses.
